The funding has been provided to MCR Property Group, over a 15-month term, to refinance Parham Student Village.
This loan was completed in 19 working days, with operational plans already in place with Flow Student, MCR’s student operator that runs the site.
“We are delighted to support MCR with the financing to develop and refurbish this existing PBSA asset,” said Matthew-Blaine Young, head of origination at Atelier.
